Jennifer Elsie Boone is a Caribbean-American writer from the Bronx. As a 1st-generation American whose parents reign from the islands of the Dominican Republic and Saint Kitts, Boone uses her multi-cultural background and her spiritual awareness to her advantage to create stories that represent herself, her family, and the diverse communities she belongs to. As an avid-traveler of the African and Latin diaspora, Boone uses her real-life experiences to enhance her storytelling, adding depth and flair. When Boone is not writing stories or traveling, you can find her teaching Kundalini Yoga & Meditation or taking a dance class.
