To prepare for JLo’s new movie, Marry Me, I went into the JLo vault and rewatched some of my favorite movies of hers. My movie marathon made me realize how much these films shaped my career path and how much JLo inspired me to be a boss-ass woman.

‘Love, Victor’ Season 2 intrigued me. His story arc this time around was something not many other shows have addressed—what would happen after he came out?

No matter how many times I watch ‘The Half of It’ or how little recognition Alexxis Lemire gets, the movie makes me more hopeful for queer Latinas like me.
