Brittany Marasciulo-Rivera, or Brittany Amara, is a Puerto-Rican author, screenwriter, actress, and model. She has a passion for science fiction and fantasy that ventures beyond the reaches of space and time. When she isn’t writing about curious aliens, morally gray protagonists, and rifts in reality, she's searching for photoshoots and film roles that'll make her feel like she's fallen into one. Brittany's work has been recognized by ScreenCraft, Coverfly's Red List, the New York International Screenplay Awards, the Big Apple Film Festival, the Chicago Script Awards, the Blood Horror Film Festival and the New York Shorts International Film Festival. She’s studied in the United States and the United Kingdom, and is represented by Monica Rodriguez at Context Literary Agency. ​If she's not working on something new, Brittany can be found stargazing, crystal hunting, collecting stuffed animals, and baking pumpkin bread.
